The Mercedes SL is since its introduction in the Fifties an Icon. The successor of the R107 is the R129. Which is much more modern and also a very nice looking car. Although many of them are being spoiled by neglecting maintainance, rust or awful spoilersets and wheels there are still a lot of nice pieces left. We have one, a very exclusive editon: The Mille Miglia edition. Produced as an honor at the 40 years anniversary of the winning of the 1955 Mille Miglia by Stirling Moss.. It has all the characteristics of this edition: Unique colours (Brilliant Silver Metallic, black soft top, 2 colour leather interior red-black) , EVOII polished alloys, carbon elements and accents in the interior, red black leather and red black floor matts, chequered elements on the air sleeves in the front wings. The Mille Miglia is very exclusive, only 600 were to be planned to produce. It seems that only 40 pcs left the factory, other sources say 630 pcs. What it is, it is still exclusive! This car is in good condition, with some signs of use as it drove oaver 252000 kms. And it still drives lovely.
